Boy’s cards are bad enough to make, without trying to make one for a very “cool” 12 year old!!! He LOVES Star Wars, though, so I figured if I could implement that into the card, it might not result in an eyeroll and toss, lol.  However, no SW papers, stamps, or digis were to be found :(  Then I remembered some coloring pages that I had downloaded eons ago…..they might work……  I started playing on my editor with them, and managed to merge a few so it looked half decent!  I colored them up with my Spectrum Noirs, with metallic gel pen accents, and cut out a half star shape.  I’ve had the background paper for quite some time, and it worked perfectly!!! I found a free Star Wars font download that was just perfect for the sentiment.  PS: he was thrilled :)
