Summer Angel

Vintage AngelThis card was ordered by a friend for her daughter in law’s birthday. She wanted an angel with long blonde hair and peach flowers on it. I got this image, by Molly Harrison, from Sweet Pea Stamps. After coloring her with my Spectrum Noir markers, I started digging through my papers. When I found some I liked, it became apparent that a vintage feel was what this card would have. I assembled the card, using some lace and ribbon, a die cut frame and flourishes, some roses I made and tinted, and some punched blossoms. I added some brown pearls and a sentiment to finish it off :)
