Peace Angel

Peace Angel

This card went together exactly how I imagined it!! This does NOT happen very often, as my brain is constantly taking different turns :P It did not, however, photograph how I wanted it to.  The blue didn’t come out as blue as it is, because when I got a picture with the blue looking all pretty, the glare from the rest was unreal…..  I completely forgot about the Peace stamp that I got eons ago from Stampin Up.  I stamped it on blue paper and heat embossed it with glittery gold powder.  Then I started layering it with gold mirror card stock and some cream card stock.  I used the angel on moon digi from A Day for Daisies, fussy cut her out and put her on the card with some foam dots.  A very simple card, but quite effective for a quick Christmas card in some different colors :)

I’d like to enter this into the following challenges:

Holly Jolly Christmas - #65 Embossing – Heat or Dry

Jingle Belles – Text Me

52 Christmas Card Throwdown – Colors: Blue, Cream and Gold

Crafty Hazelnut’s Christmas Challenge – #268 Blue
