Hi there!! I made this card for a friend’s dad, using this image from KennyK Stamps. Sadly, the KennyK store is shutting down at the end of June, but they are having a mega sale, so check it out, while you still can!! I colored the image with my Prismacolors, then fussy cut it out. I used this sketch
From Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 to lay the card out, using a variety of bright DP, a mirrored circle embossed with the Darice diamond plate embossing folder, and cut with Nellie Snellen nesting circle die, a strip of sentiments and a couple of screw head brads.
I’d also like to enter the following challenges with this card:

Hello!! I’m so dreadfully behind with my blogging!! I guess it’s the next thing in my life I have to get organized…been doing pretty good with everything else I’ve got into a schedule of sorts
I made this for the current challenge over at C.R.A.F.T. Our theme this time is Father’s Day/Male Cards. We have the fabulous Dr. Digi House of Stamps
as the challenge sponsor, and will be choosing our Star of the Month, sponsored by Star Stampz
I was given The Dragon and the Knight, from Star Stampz to use on my card. I colored the image with my SN markers, then dig around and found some bright papers to complete the layout, inspired by this sketch at Tuesday Morning Sketches.
2 ribbon scraps and a sentiment that I tinted on the computer with the image finish the card off. The inside says “you’re my knight in shining armor”. I hope you can join us this time at the C.R.A.F.T. Challenge with your male makes!

Hello!! It’s time for another challenge over at Come and Get It. This time, we have a fairly easy theme…..Make It Square. We have 2 sponsors, this time, and they are:
and Star Stampz
Hope to see a lot of entries with the square shape
I used image #360 from Oddball Art….Tiny Kawaii Dragon on a Mushroom. I figured it was time for something really bright and funky, and I remembered that I had the mushroom printed paper in my scrap file….it came from the very first paper pad that I ever purchased, so it is quite old…and I am quite forgetful, so I have no idea who it’s by! I colored the image to coordinate with the paper, then lay everything out, using another scrap of paper from the same pad, a die cut flower from my stash, and then I die cut some mushrooms with a die from Cheery Lynn. A quick stamped sentiment, some pink twine, and some of my homemade enamel like dots (from melted pony beads ) and the card was done!
Hello!! This card was made for the new ATG challenge at Creative Fingers. Our sponsor this time is
Oddball Art, and the team has outdone themselves with their creations!!
I used image #126 for my card, and colored the sweetie with my SN markers. I used some individual alphabet stamps for the sentiment, to give it more of a casual, playful feel. The background is a piece of cute star paper that I had in my stash..I added a strip of blue, one of the tons of strips that I have from trimming 12 x 12″ paper down to make envelopes! I used another strip of yellow, to die cut the stars with a Frantic Stamper border die. I snipped the border into a few pieces, to make it ‘work’. I added a few baubles that I made from melting plastic pony beads, and this card was done
I’d like to enter this into the following challenges:
Pixies Snippets Playground - Weeks 273 and 274
Lil Patch of Crafty Friends – #54 ATG

Hello, and Happy New Year!!! My blog has been down and out for over a month, but hopefully all the issues are resolved now!!! Just in time for a brand new challenge over at C.R.A.F.T.!! We’re starting the New Year with a fun recipe challenge
Our wonderful sponsor this week is
who have tons of adorable images to choose from!!
I’m using Hula Halina for my card. I colored her up with my SN markers, adding some definition to the hair with an ultra fine point pen. I found the bright summery hibiscus printed paper in my stash, and then matched it up with some bright stripes, from a completely different collection. The three flowers were cut with my Cricut, and I added some sparkle to them before popping them up on some foam dots. I hope you can join us, and make sure you check out the fabulous creations of the DT here.
