Pirate Notes

Hi there! It’s Sunday again, which means that it’s time for me to share some inspiration from Ching-Chou Kuik 🙂 Both the Facebook and Blog challenge themes this month are Lovely Lace, however, the DT was given an additional challenge this week, which is to use buttons 🙂 I used one of the newer images in Ching-Chou’s Etsy store …… Pirate,Roses, Skeleton. I thought it was time for me to make something other than a card, so I went with a sticky note holder. I colored the image with my Copics, then die cut the bottom edge. While I was hand stitching the lace on, I stabbed myself with the needle. I didn’t think there was an issue, until I noticed blood on the white part around the image!!!! So many mishaps are solved by stippling, and this is one of them!! LOL I attached the buttons and this project was finished 🙂
