Summer Sneakers

Hi there 🙂 I fell in love with this image from All Dressed Up as soon as I saw it (then took forever to use it in a project, lol). I had a pair of these when I was younger, and wish I still had them, so I could do a flower arrangement in them! I colored up Summer Trainers with my Copics, then matted the image with a coordinating blue card stock. While going through my stash, I lucked out and found a few things to finish this card off with. The patterned paper was a freebie in a magazine from 10+ years ago (what can I say, I like hoardi…. er…saving), I believe the emossing folder was also a magazine freebie from the same time frame. As for the sentiment stamp??? You guessed it!! It was from a free set in a magazine, lol. I die cut a few little flowers for a quick embellishments.

I used this fabulous sketch from Cheerful Sketches for the inspiration for the layout for this pretty birthday card.
