Christmas Insanity

Hi there 🙂 The holidays are quickly approaching, and I’m in full Christmas card gear. I almost gave up on them, after doing this as an inspiration piece for Aurora Wings Facebook challenge – because my eyesight was failing me!!! Mitzi came up with this compilation of some favorite holiday images for the Christmas in July promotion. This page is available in the files section of the Facebook group. I printed this quite small….smaller than it was wise to do!! I colored the image with my Copics, adding some detail with white and gold gel pens. I held my breath for the better part of the coloring, because those darn details are TINY!!! I grumbled about Mitzi’s peculiar sense of humor at creating this page and my brilliance at printing it so small. Here is a pic, with a Copic beside the card, to show the size of the full image.

This puppy didn’t need too much fuss to make a finished card, so I simply matted it with silver mirror card, added some sequins and a die cut border sentiment 🙂 I hope you can find some time to join in on our challenge….we take old or new creations/colorings, so if you’re running short of time, we’d love to see some AW beauty that you made in the past!!
