Hi there 🙂 I recently had an order for a Father’s Day card featuring a motorcycle. I’ve done a few in the past for the same person, and wanted to avoid using the same thing over and over. My friend had this die of a motorcycle, and when I saw the sketch at Sweet Sketch Wednesday2
I got an idea, and called my friend up to borrow said die 🙂 I turned the sketch, and changed up the image shape – I had no dies that came anywhere near that shape, lol, and the oval, from a Nellie Snellen nesting set, seemed to “fit” the motorcycle quite nicely. I used some alpha dies to spell out “DAD”, mounted the letters on circles that were also cut with Nellie Snellen dies, and matted everything up. I love how sharp and crisp this card turned out! This is a fabulously versatile sketch, and I found, great for using up scraps that you may have!
I’d like to enter this in the following:

I love what you did with that sketch! I love the soft background plaid (that looks like a dad shirt!) and the DAD word fits perfectly, too.
